NALBB is here to help lesson and boarding barns turn the corner and become profitable. If you need a better view of your budget, this is the place to start. 

Lesson and boarding barns are the feeders; the places where new riders are born and move up through the ranks. They come to us wearing yoga pants and sneakers to and evolve into matching breeches, saddle pads and tall boots. Hopefully they fall in love and lease a horse. We are here for the horses but this doesn't mean we can't run profitable small businesses with happy employees. 

As the feeders, the spending starts with us. It's a lot to think about and a lot of education is needed to move this industry forward. As a business association, NALBB is addressing these issues and here to help its members do the same. 

In the meantime, there is you and your money. Below are the directions to completing the "Your Money" tool. Have a copy of your 2024 Profit and Loss statement so your numbers are accurate. If you don't have a P/L do the best you can with what you have.
